Delete your VUK account

In the app: open Settings, and under Account tap Delete account…, then confirm.

By email: if you no longer have the app, email dev@vukpinball.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

Deleted straight away:

• your favorites and recents;
• your scores;
• the mistake reports you sent;
• your sign-in sessions.

Your email is also removed from your account record and from any playfield photos you contributed.

What stays:

• Playfield photos you contributed stay in the tutorial library, without your email.
• Security and diagnostic records may still contain your email: sign-in code records, rate-limit records, the log of account actions, and our server logs. Email dev@vukpinball.app and we'll delete those too.
